The Kingston Photographic Club ANNUAL JURIED EXHIBITION 2010
Kingston Photographic Club’s annual Exhibition was held during the month of April,
2010, in the Wilson Room of the Kingston Frontenac Public Library, on Johnson Street. Here is a
slide show of some of the pictures that were shown.
The main club representative for the 2011 exhibition, January 2011, is

 but be aware that there will probably be a new document for the 2011 Exhibition.
Exhibition 2011 - ImportantAll indications are that next year's Exhibition will be held in January at the Library. That is the only month
that the Library have made available to us and, consequently, our exhibition organiser
(Bruce Millen) will require a whole new timetable for the process of submission and selection of prints - all at a rather busy time of year. Members will need to consider using the summer break (and maybe the Summer Program) to gather their pictures and make their prints.
Submission would probably be a date in November, with jurying shortly afterwards
and then a little time to get pictures framed. A tight schedule for November/December. A new location is being sought for a Spring show in future years but it needs to fulfil all of the club's criteria concerning availability, accessibility, security etc. On initial survey, this won't be easy. |
